COGNEX PSI
Cognex is one of the leading companies in industrial machine vision, with over 3 million systems deployed worldwide. Its vision systems are accepted and used across nearly every industry.
Since 2011, Budasensor Kft. has been a Partner System Integrator (PSI) of Cognex. This partnership enables close collaboration between our company and Cognex in designing and implementing vision systems, as well as supplying the necessary hardware. Since the start of our partnership, we have installed approximately 300 VisionPro-based PC vision systems (with a total of ~800 cameras) and about 500 In-Sight vision systems.
The integration process typically includes a full assessment of the vision system, specifying the required solution, followed by installation and commissioning. In most cases, a feasibility test or study is conducted either in our vision lab or at the customer’s site before finalizing the system specification and quotation. Both Cognex and Budasensor Kft. emphasize the importance of equipping our vision lab with the latest technology, ensuring that our experts are fully capable of testing and integrating these solutions.
